We want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products, even those purchased during our 40% off sitewide sale. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 50% of the product must remain to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the beauty items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your products are tracked during transit.

  Package Securely

  Place your items in the original box with sufficient padding to prevent leakage or damage, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
